Please be advised that J.M.G.’s concrete foundation supplier, Ross McCord Enterprises L.T.D. has increased the cost for Foundations from $0.80 to $0.85 per square inch including a 2″ lip. HST is extra.

REMINDER: 

 

Wet Areas in the Kehillat Beth Israel Section (previously Agudath Israel)  

In the wet areas of the Kehillat Beth Israel sectionat the Osgoode cemetery, Ross McCord Enterprises L.T.D. will be installing a T-style foundation that will help stop the foundation from shifting.

The cost of the T-style foundation will be the price of the foundation plus half the foundation price.  Example – The Foundation is $700 plus the extra $350.

PLEASE NOTE:  

 

If you do receive a monument order that is located at the Osgoode cemetery in the Kehillat Beth Israel section, please contact the J.M.G. office first, before providing the price of the foundation, to verify if the location is in the wet area.
